Yes! And it smells good too. My hair type is poofy, wavy, straight-ish and it tangles pretty easily.
Yes. It also smells great which is a bonus!!
No! It has almost the same pH as Tide Laundry Detergent. You might as well wash your hair with tide. I recommend Paul Mitchell products, they respect your hair's integrity.

No! it may make your hair smell good, and feel great, but it has alot of pH in it.
