I have chst-length hair this is stuck between wavy and straight, and it looks HORRIBLE! I look so bad!
Before today I bough herbal essences ';Totally Twisted'; shampoo and conditioner, and so far it isnt working at all. It even made my hair worse! My hair is usaully soft, but now its all puffy and frizzy, and my hair looks the exact same as it did before. Its looks like it is stuck between wavy and straight.
Why won't it work? Is there something im doing wrong?Does Herbal Essences Totally Twisted shampoo work?
all of their shampoos worked for me.
try using it and scrunching with a paper towel instead of a regular towel, to define your curls without the frizz.
then apply a serum (for shine) and pull it into a bun and let it air dry.

also don't touch it after u wash it, touching your hair causes frizzyness

I've used the Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight shampoo's and conditioners and they didn't work either, so I'm guessing none of the Herbal Essences products work so just stop using them.

It's not really *bad* but it isn't going to do wonders for your hair. I have to wash my hair every day if I am going out because it looks limp and a bit greasy if I dont. However, people keep telling me that I am washing out the natural oils in my hair and thats why its looking so limp.
My solution has been to wash my hair if I know anybody is going to see me, and on the inbetween days when I'm just sitting around the house, I now just tie it up out of the way and dont wash it.

but my brothers seems to get greesy ect, so when i asked a hair dresser she said.
if you condition your roots it can make it look unhealty %26amp; if you dont keep the same routine, it will damage it too.
so just keep washing it everyday, but dont do the above, youl be fine.
I use John Freida Sheer Blonde and I use it everyday, it says daily shampoo and conditioner ha ha. its fine to wash your hair everyday, I always have and still do.

my hair sounds exactly like yours and i personally like the herbal essences hello hydration because it makes my hair nice and shiny and healthy. My favorite Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner is the Totally Twisted (purple bottle). I love (and so does my boyfriend) the way it smells. This will most likely make your hair a little more wavy than normal. I have really curly hair and this definitely keeps the bounce in my hair and doesn't make it frizzy. If you want to keep the waviness in your hair but not have the frizziness, why don't you try the Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Mousse? That's what I use and even if you let it air dry, it doesn't get frizzy, just dries into place (it also doesn't give that hard wet look once it totally dries). Hope this helps and good luck!

Herbal Essences is not too great. Try Philosophy products they make some great shampoos and conditioners that really help get your hair back in shape. Mine was dry mess until I used Philosophy. The day a friend sent me a link to a site about their products was a day that changed my life...or at least my hair.lol good luck!

it smells like red raspberry with a hunt of vanilla! it's awesome. my boyfriend loves it too!
none your frizzness smells pretty nice. it is in a orange bottle. it had shampoo comditioner, and anti-friz cream that works really well. it has ingrediants that help go againest friz and will calm it down.
