Is herbal essences shampoo and conditioner bad for your hair? Or does it depend on the person?

i've been wanting to try that new oriental one that they have out at the moment...but i've heard a lot of people complain about the brand...

Well, herbal essence has many different types of shampoos and conditioners. Some for oily hair, for dry hair , and so on. It all depends if you are getting the right type of shampoo for your hair. You should figure out exactly what type of hair you have and buy the brand and type you want. Herbal Essence should be fine as long as you get the right type for your hair. well i heard that after you use it for a few years it makes your hair fall out, but, i doubt thats true





it is quite drying, so if you have naturally oily hair, then you should use it. currently i'm using the none of your frizzness one, and it's drying. they smell good, but i find them to be cheap. but yeah, it does depend on the person. my mom is asian, %26amp; it works fine for her hair. i'm blasian, and my hair is thick %26amp; frizzy. i guess i need some heavy duty stuff, haha





but, i would definantly try garnier fructis line, very good. i'm switching to that now
They're a very good brand but they're not really geared for people with dry hair, even though they do have some designed for dry hair all of their shampoo's are clear, theres no creamy moisturisers in them, that's the only difference, which is good news for people like me with greasy hair, but bad news for dry hair :)
Maybe the components of the shampoo is not compatible to their types of hair. If you have encountered irritation or hair loss, you should consult a doctor.

I find it best brand for me. My hair quite oily and one of only ones that doesn't make it greasy too quick.
Depends on the person.
i've never had a problem,so i think it just depends on your hair type.
